By accessing or using Career DNA Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Career DNA Pro provides psychometric assessment services including personality tests, career interest assessments, and personalized career reports. All assessments use deterministic, rule-based scoring algorithms.

3. Payment Terms

• All purchases are one-time payments — no recurring subscriptions
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is required before accessing assessment results
• Each plan allows one attempt — re-attempts require a new purchase

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not available once:

• The assessment has been completed
• The PDF report has been generated and made available for download

If you experience technical issues preventing report delivery, please contact support within 48 hours.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and reports generated by Career DNA Pro are proprietary. You may use your personal reports for personal and professional purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce them commercially.

6. Disclaimer

Career DNA Pro provides career guidance based on psychometric assessments. Our reports are informational tools and should not be the sole basis for major career decisions. We recommend consulting with qualified career counselors for personalized guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Career DNA Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
